One of the most powerful features of Bright Dashboard Pro is the ability to completely brand the dashboard as your own. This ensures your clients see your agency’s identity, not ours.
1. Upload Your Site Logo
Your logo appears in the support cards and the dashboard footer, reinforcing your brand at every touchpoint.
- Navigate to Bright Dashboard > Dashboard Settings.
- Click the Global Settings tab.
- Find the Footer Logo field and click Upload Logo.
- Select your logo from the Media Library or upload a new one.
- Click Save Changes.
Tip: Use a logo with a transparent background (PNG or SVG) for the best results against the dashboard’s clean white surface.
2. Customize Footer Credits
By default, the dashboard displays a small “Dashboard by Bright Dashboard Pro” credit. You can change this to your own agency name or link.
- In Global Settings, locate the Footer Credit text area.
- Enter your custom text (e.g., `© 2026 Brightsol Web Design`).
- You can even include basic HTML links: `Dashboard by Your Agency`.
- Click Save Changes.
3. Renaming Dashboard Labels
To provide a truly white-labeled experience, you can rename the “Client Notes” and “Admin Notes” labels to something that fits your workflow.
- Navigate to the Client Dashboard (or Admin Dashboard) tab in settings.
- Find the Labels & Icons section.
- Update the Menu Label (e.g., change “Client Dashboard” to “Client Help Hub”).
- Choose a fresh Menu Icon that fits the new name.
- Scroll down to look for Post Type Labels to rename the “Client Notes” plural and singular labels.
- Click Save Changes.
