Your account at brightsol.nl is your central hub for managing everything related to Bright Dashboard Pro.
Accessing Your Account
To log in:
- Visit brightsol.nl.
- Click on Login or My Account in the header.
- Enter your email and the password set during your initial purchase.
Orders & Invoices
In the Orders section, you can:
- View your complete purchase history.
- Download PDF invoices for your records.
- See the current status of any ongoing orders.
Subscriptions
If you are on a Starter or Agency annual plan, the Subscriptions tab allows you to:
- Check your next renewal date.
- View the price and status of your plan.
- Update Payment Method: Change the credit card used for renewals.
- Cancel Subscription: If you decide to cancel, you will maintain access to updates and support until the end of your current billing period.
Account Settings
Here you can update your personal information, including:
- Email address.
- Password.
- Billing address for future invoices.
If you have lost your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
