Customer Dashboard Overview

Your account at brightsol.nl is your central hub for managing everything related to Bright Dashboard Pro.

Accessing Your Account

To log in:

  1. Visit brightsol.nl.
  2. Click on Login or My Account in the header.
  3. Enter your email and the password set during your initial purchase.

Orders & Invoices

In the Orders section, you can:

  • View your complete purchase history.
  • Download PDF invoices for your records.
  • See the current status of any ongoing orders.

Subscriptions

If you are on a Starter or Agency annual plan, the Subscriptions tab allows you to:

  • Check your next renewal date.
  • View the price and status of your plan.
  • Update Payment Method: Change the credit card used for renewals.
  • Cancel Subscription: If you decide to cancel, you will maintain access to updates and support until the end of your current billing period.

Account Settings

Here you can update your personal information, including:

  • Email address.
  • Password.
  • Billing address for future invoices.

If you have lost your password, you can use the “Forgot Password” link on the login page to receive a reset link via email.
